On the 8th November Alfagomma Group and Agenzia Industrie Difesa (AID) finalise a production cooperation agreement located at the Stabilimento Militare Produzione Cordami in Castellammare di Stabia, Naples.
Castellammare’s Corderia, already active in the manufacture of naval cordage and naval equipment for the Navy’s fleet, is going to expand its production capabilities for the manufacture of a range of hydraulic hose assemblies in cooperation with Alfagomma.
The new production of flexible hoses for use on military and civilian vessels will enable the historic Naval plant to increase its services to institutional and commercial customers, giving impetus to the consolidated industrial revitalisation process launched in 2021.
