On Friday, 8 January 2016 ALFAGOMMA finalized the 100% acquisition of the Hiflex Europe Group, a British based company providing integrated fluid handling systems to the global OEM market.
Hiflex Europe employs 320 people in its 3 British and German production facilities located in Sunderland, Salisbury and Ettlingen with an annual turn over of 40 million €

With this acquisition the ALFAGOMMA consolidated sales in 2016 will reach 400 million Euro
Hiflex Europe along with Dunlop Hiflex, also acquired by ALFAGOMMA in 2005, are leading players in the integrated fluid handling systems.
Hiflex Europe Group will continue to operate as Argus Fluidhandling Limited in England and Argus Fluidtechnik GmbH in Germany.
